Cabarita Lakes - Mother Earth Developments
The Cabarita Gardens project is split into two stages.
Stage one is the refurbishment of 50 motel suites into short stay apartments. These apartment are designed to cator for both the business / conference market with the incorporation of advanced telecommunications and high speed wireless internet set up to all the rooms as well as the holidaying market. Stage 1 is due for completion in April 2007.
Stage two consists of six blocks of ten up-market residential apartments. Set virtually on the bank of the Cabarita Lakes, these apartments will be the premium residential apartments for the area.
