Gordon GPO - Caldas

Construction of a new four level retail and commercial building at 741 Pacific Highway, Gordon, including conservation of an existing heritage building at the front of the site which will be used by a National tenant as a cafe, new basement supermarket, retail concourse linking the Pacific Highway with extensive rail access at Gordon Station at the rear of the site, two level commercial tenancies and three levels of basement carparking.
