New design and construction of 10 privately owned Sepp 5 residential townhouses and basement parking – housing for older people and people with disability. IPS were engaged to manage and coordinate the design team through conception, design development and tender. Tenders were called and the project closely value engineered through further design development with the tendering contractors.
