An integrated fit-out run simultaneously with the construction of the base building works, this 6,500sqm tenancy includes 4 labs, data centre training facilities, staff café and commercial office accommodation for 400 staff. The integration allowed Nortel Networks as anchor tenant to have input into the final design for the base building, which provided for ongoing coordination with the base building team and design and construct contractor.
