Perouse Rd, Randwick - Exceland Property Group

Completed early 2006, the Perouse Rd development was ahead of its time in terms of design and finishes. Consisting of 13 up-market residential apartments and basement parking the Perouse Rd project became a benchmark in mixed use developments in the area. Consisting of two semi-detached, three storey building, the Project Management and Construction teams had to overcome restricted site access to deliver this project within the time and budget constraints.
