Marquet St, Rhodes Bay – Statewide Developments
Multi-residential $80m development comprising of 274 units, basement car parking and associated landscaping, situated on a prominent industrial site with remedial issues and backing water’s edge increased the complexity of the project. Works include management of demolition, land remediation, substation relocation, subdivision and interfacing with Planning NSW Guidelines and subsequent design and construction of the project.
The project involved:
- Interfacing with NSW Planning to get a timely DA.
- Exploring alternative schemes and undertaking feasibilities to suit fluid parameters such as sales, construction costs, development period and cost effective infrastructure.
- Managing numerous project stakeholders authority and community representatives.
