Valencia, Homebush - Payce Properties

The Valencia development consists of four interconnected mixed use residential flat buildings ranging in height from 2 to 8 storeys comprising;

    - 170 residential apartments
    - 3 commercial / retail areas
    - 288 car spaces
    - 1 car wash bay
    - landscaping, associated works, associated amenities and site facilities, and;
    - 173 lot strata subdivision and common property

                               

The four buildings in the Valencia development at 4 The Crescent, range from two to eight storeys and will include 170 residential apartments and three commercial/retail units.

The proposed eight storey Sorrento is situated on Stromboli Strait and will include 119 apartments and a retail outlet.

The Waterfront is a master planned complex that is consistent with the Government’s planning strategy for Homebush Bay and both of these developments are in line with our policy on ‘Design Quality of Residential Flat Buildings'. Plans for Valencia were amended to ensure a 20 metre public access corridor between the shoreline and the development and both developments are being constructed with dual reticulation water systems.

The developments offer a range of apartment sizes and types, and the designs of the buildings and their landscaped surrounds are world class.
