New design and construction of a 17 level strata commercial development. The project makes use of extensive glass and stone, thus distinguishing itself as the premier strata commercial building in the western end of Sydney CBD. The project is complicated in the sense of designing around the existing rail tunnel infrastructure directly below the site and material handling along a main street entrance to the City.
