Levels 1-11, 50 Clarence St, Sydney - "The Clarence" - Jedda Projects

Refurbishment of a 13 storey commercial building in Sydney CBD, including new retail spaces at ground level, 3 prestige rooftop apartments over two levels and new lifts, foyer upgrade and base building works for strata subdivision within each commercial floor. Importantly, we undertook a staged development incorporating a new façade construction, major services upgrading and tenant representation of strata fit-out works.
