The Uniting Church employed Integrated Project Services to complete an audit of a number of key projects to ensure that they met their programmes as part of an overall compliance and certification programme.

Integrated Project Services met with each internal project manager and reviews the programmes for the works and prepared a report on the likelihood of programmes being met and risks in each project. The result that transpired reflected that which was forecast by Integrated Property Services.

We found Integrated Project Services professional to deal with and would certainly use them again as the need arose.

We confirm that we engaged Integrated Project Services to act as Project Managers for the part refurbishment and BCA Upgrade of 53 Martin Place, Sydney. The value of works was $4.0 million.

As Project Managers, they were responsible for managing the design and construction to meet with cost and time parameters and carried out all typical project management functions including design management, programming, construction administration and reporting.
